Products shipped from our factory in China (marked "Shipping from our factory" or "Made to order, shipped from our factory")
Delayed deliveries
Our orders are verified and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
After an order is placed on our website, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the delivery address. This is because our production team is constantly preparing and shipping orders.
In order to offer the widest possible range of designs and sizes, products are shipped directly from our factory in China, which ensures that the raw materials we use in the packaging (e.g. paint cans) are as fresh as possible. Generally speaking, customers will receive their orders within 2-3 weeks of shipment, unless there is a crisis or event that affects international transport (e.g. strikes, COVID-19, overloads during the Christmas period, etc.).
Personalized packaging has different deadlines (see product page).
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 (in particular its impact on shipping and customs services), the delivery time of an order may be extended to up to 8 weeks (exceptional cases).
Depending on the products ordered, the order may be delivered in multiple packages. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delays beyond our control may occur (strikes, bad weather, busy periods, epidemics, etc.). Therefore, the delivery times are for reference only.
Products larger than 40x50 cm are custom made. Due to air transport restrictions, delivery times may be longer (mainly due to the size and weight of the package). Refunds cannot be made for orders larger than 40x50 cm if the package has been in transit for less than 60 days.
Liver problems:
For parcels shipped from our workshops: If the package has not arrived after 60 days, please check whether the package has been delivered to the post office.
If you cannot find the package, please contact us at vickiemessagebox@gmail.com . We will find a solution together.
If the product is damaged: Any anomaly (damage, breakage) related to the delivered product must be reported by email (vickiemessagebox@gmail.com ) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the order number in the email and attach a photo of the damage.
If an item (or part of it) is missing or you have received the wrong item, please contact us by email at vickiemessagebox@gmail.com .
We always deliver the goods to the delivery address provided by the customer. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds if the order has been delivered by the carrier to the delivery address or collection point. We will review each case and may offer the customer a new delivery if it is determined that the post office or postman has made a mistake.
Returns
You have 14 days to return the product without giving a reason (after the date of receipt). This does not apply to personalized packaging, gift cards and paintings handmade by our artists.
Return Policy:
The returned item must be in its original condition (unopened and in the original packaging). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received (including original packaging).
Please do not return packages directly to our studio. Please contact us first so we can provide the most appropriate return address based on the issue.

Please note: Personalised paintings and embroidery and paintings handmade by our artists cannot be returned. These products are personalised and custom made, therefore we are unable to resell them.
