1.Where is my order?

After placing an order, you will soon receive an email with information about tracking your package.

If you choose a customized product, such as our personalized packages, plus sizes, etc. with the indication "Shipped from our workshop", these products will be shipped directly from our workshop in China. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks after shipment. External factors
(such as delays, strike, customs check, COVID-19, etc.) may affect the delivery times.

Our logistics team will ensure the routing of all packages until final delivery on a daily basis. If you have recently ordered from us, please wait for the carrier information to be updated automatically.

2. Why did l receive two different tracking numbers?

Depending on the products ordered, it may happen that the order is delivered in multiple packages.

For example, if you order products that are shipped from our warehouse in France, and you order personalized products at the same time, you will receive two different packages and therefore two tracking numbers. The same applies to large formats, these must be sent separately so that they are not bent.

It is normal for you to receive the packages on different dates. This depends on the carrier. Each package can be tracked on our Track order page .

3.Why did l only receive part of my order?

You will receive multiple packages if the order contains multiple products that are shipped from different locations (for example, from our warehouse in France and our workshop in China).

4.Which transport company does Vickie‘art use?

We prefer fast carriers, so that we can deliver as quickly as possible.

The products shipped from our warehouse in France are delivered in the Netherlands by PostNL, and in Belgium by Bpost.
The personalized packages shipped from our workshop are transported by airlines and local carriers: PostNL in the Netherlands, Bpost in Belgium, etc.

5.Why is my tracking information not updating?

Don't panic, this is normal!

If your order was recently placed, it will take a while for the carrier information to be updated.

The information about the products shipped from our warehouse in France is updated quickly.

When it comes to our personalized products that are shipped by air from our workshop, it is normal that there is no update during transit between countries. Once the package arrives in the country of destination, it must wait for the carrier. When the product is scanned, the information is updated.

Our logistics team takes care of the daily delivery of all packages, until they are delivered to your home.

6.What is included with my order?

All our packages are 100% complete and ready to use.
The content of each product is listed on the product sheet. You can choose from different sizes.

We take great care of each product to give you the best possible experience.

7.What are the dimensions of the products?\

You can choose the size on the product page:

1) Paint by number: from 40x50 cm to 90x120 cm;
2) Diamond painting: from 20x30 cm to 80x100 cm.

The standard size is 40x50 cm. All packages from our '3 Day Delivery' collection are available in the Netherlands and Belgium in the size 40x50 cm.

The larger sizes are custom made for you. In this way we hope to meet all your needs.

8.Can l customize my paint by number and diamond painting packages?

Yes! Vickie‘art offers the possibility to order personalized packages, with your own photo and wishes!

A family photo, holiday memory, your pet and more: it is all possible.

9.Are the Paint by Numbers framed?

This depends on your own choice. There are 3 options:

1) Without wooden frame. You will receive a package without frame.

2) With wooden frame. You will receive a kit with a frame that is easy to assemble. You can watch our 5-minute assembly video to help you assemble the frame.

3) Canvas stretched in frame. You will receive the package already framed. Watch our video about painting by number canvas stretched in frame.

10.How do you assemble the DlY wooden frames?

We have made a video explaining the installation of the frames.

11.To which address should l return my product?

Always contact customer service first. They will provide you with the most suitable return address.
The shipping costs of returned products are for the account of the customer, unless it is a mistake by Vickie‘art.
