You have 14 days to return the products without giving reasons (after the date of receipt). This does not apply to the personalized packages, gift cards and paintings that are handmade by our artists.

Return Policy:

Returned items must be in their original condition (unopened and in original packaging). Refunds will be processed 14 days after receiving the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received (including the original packaging).

Please do not return the package directly to our workshop. Please contact us first so that we can provide the most suitable return address depending on the problem.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is an error on our part.

Please note: personalized paintings and embroideries, as well as paintings that are handmade by our artists, cannot be returned. These products are personalized and custom-made, so we can no longer sell them.

Refund (if applicable):

After receiving and checking the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount due within 15 days.

Order not received:

If a product has not been received 60 days after the order date, it may have been lost or blocked. We will then send a new product as soon as possible. You will often also receive a discount code for your next order.

Damaged or defective product:

In case of a defective or damaged product, replacement products can be sent, if you share the photos of the damage (due to a production error or a delivery problem) with us. The photos must be taken during (or just after) unpacking and sent to us by e-mail within 3 days after receiving the package.
